Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Cant get credit for returned items
A TV shopping channel, DSN in Glendale CA, refuses to give credit for returns that were in original condition and returned within their 30 day period allowed. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. They owe me over $12,800 in return credits. Also a few weeks ago they charged my debit card without my knowlege, permission, or authorization for items I didn't want. They had my debit card number from when I had purchased another item 4 weeks previously. Can they get away with that? What can I do to get my credits they promised and I deserve? What can I do about them charging my card without my knowlege? They don't return phone calls.
