Customer Return Policy
What is Ca law reguarding how a buisness states its policy reguarding return of goods for refund or exchange only.
Does the retailer have any obligation to noify the consumer of their policy, be verbal or written or posted someplace where teh consumer can see it before purchase? THANKS!

Re: Customer Return Policy
If the business does not accept returns exchanges within 7 days of purchase they must post their policy close to register and on receipt. however if product is somehow defective the return policy is irrelevant. contact me if you have any further questions.
