damage to and lost personal property during move by moving company
lost personal property and damage to furniture and personal property - is moving company responsible even though no extra insurance was taken out eith them? we are taking them to small claims court - what specific questions might the judge ask? we have copies of paid invoices is this a frivolous suit? thank you

It's not a frivolous suit. However, federal regulations limit you to recover pennies on the dollar of value. Bring with you evidence of the value of your property that was lost or stolen, such as copies of checks for the items' purchase, newspaper ads for similar merchandise, or replacement invoices from the merchants if you can't find the originals.
