Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
if a dealer sells a vehicle, and signs the contract, what options does the dealer have as far as cancelling the contract? after the contract was signed and i took delivery of the vehicle, i returned the vehicle to the dealership for service. when i went to pick up the vehicle they wouldnt give it back, saying they no longer wanted to do the deal.

It looks like conversion and breach of contract. Both charges can be brought against the dealer.
