Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Dealer sold vehicle with a bent frame in California. I now live in Washington. The carfax that they gave us showed no evidence of this. Went to trade in and dealership brought back a carfax showing that car had a bent frame. pretty sure that is illegal considering that anytime someone gets into an accident and the car has a bent frame the car is totaled.
