dealership problem
purchased a car beginning of June,have no idea who is financing me.what are my rights as a consumer as far as being informed who is financing the vehicle.how long does the dealership have to find financing.can i return car if they cant finance me after a month?

Your deal starts as a contract to pay the dealership whatever monthly payments are specified in the contract. The dealer has the right to assign the contract to a bank. If the dealer does, your payments will then go to the bank. If the dealer is unable to persuade a bank to accept an assignment, you just keep making your payments to the dealer.
If the dealer is unable to assign the contract within (I think) 30 days, the DEALER has the option of rescinding the deal. You do not get that option.
