Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Dealership not providing car registration
I bought a car from a dealer 2 months ago. No bank extended me credit, except the bank i worked for. My finance company just needed the car registration, which the dealer had to give me, to complete the loan process. Two months later, the dealer has yet to provide the car registration, every time i call the dealer to check the status, he tells me,i got my person working on it. Im worried that he might take back the car and not return my money. What can i do?? What should i do??

Re: Dealership not providing car registration
You have a legally binding contract with the dealer. It cannot legally take the car back. If it does anyway, contact me and we may file suit.
Re: Dealership not providing car registration
Run, do not walk to the DMV and file a complaint. This will get the ball rolling.
