Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My (deceased) brother's ex-wife is using my mailing address to have her mail sent to my house. This woman has never lived in my house and has no contact with my family. What can I do?

I cannot thing of any cost effective legal action that you can take. You might talk to the local post office for suggestions, but I would simply write "no such person at this address" on the mail drop it back in the mail. At least that way, the sender will see that they have an invalid mailing address.
