Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Defective Part
I have a motorized antenna radio tower. The motor assembly has a defective part that jeopardize safe operation in lower and raizing the tower. The tower refuses to sell the replacement part even though the companct continues to sell and manufacture the motorized towers. Can they legally not sell replacement parts needed to fix the defective parts?

Re: Defective Part
Well, I never heard of a company that would not sell replacement parts. Consult with a local attorney. You may be able to sue them for the value of the part in Small Claims court.
