Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Defective product causes damage
I purchased a case for my iPod and it caused damage to my iPod. I looked online and a lot of people have had this same problem. How can I get them to repair or replace it?

Call them and ask them to replace it. If they say no, your best option would be to sue them in small claims court since the iPod is only a few hundred dollars to replace.
