Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
How can I demand a refund if the seller is refusing to give me one after contact. The product I received did not work with my product and his argument is, "I didn't read the product description well enough." What can I do?
This is a online e-seller as well in FL.

if you made the purchase on a debit card or credit card, try disputing the charge in writing. If you made the purchase through an online payment service like Paypal a service like eBay, you'll need to follow their dispute procedures. Other remedies include a complain with the Better Business Bureau or a negative review at a website like Yelp.
But as far as forcing them to get you a refunds, you will probably to file small claims lawsuit.
