Demurrer without leave to amend

I recently filed a demurrer in a civil case proper and was granted the demurrer and the minute order said ''without leave to amend''. What does that mean. I was the Defendant.

Re: Demurrer without leave to amend

It means that you won. The case is over and cannot be refiled based upon the underlying facts. Make sure to file your memorandum of costs timely so that you can recover your filing fee.
