Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Direct tv took 800.00+ $ out of my bank for a bill less then 117.00 back in july and to this day i cant get any money back they keep finding more ways to keep my money i did not cancle they stop service what can i do help please

Simple write them a letter and demand the return of your money or a written explanation of why they will not. If you disagree file a small claims court action.
