Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Discovery
I have filed a cross complaint and answered interogatories along with sending copies of documents I have. I have since obtained some estimates, statements, etc. Do I have to send these to the other parties attorney. If so how?

Re: Discovery
If you're going to rely on them to prove your case, it's in your best interest to provide copies. I'm not sure what kind of "statement" you're referring to. If it's an invoice-type of statement, see sentence one. If it's a witness statement and it's favorable to your case, you might want to give it to the other side. Write a letter to opposing counsel and say these are documents in addition to those you've already provided. Or, you can wait until counsel sends a supplemental interrogatory and document demand asking for any new or changed information.
