Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
distributor refuses to return item i returned to him
I was authorized to return a defective car alarm to the distributor in California since december. I have spoken to him many times since then to either replace the product (which he is supposed to do) or return my product to me. I am still waiting for him to resolve the issue. What can I legally do?

take him to small claims court.
