Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Dodge 2007 caliber lugged out and quit running. A 450.00 part was put in Oct. 2011. Dec. 2012 car stalled in in Desert in AZ. had it towed to a Bullhead city, AZ. authorized chrysler dealer. Advise: They could not find anything wrong so they applied message.. when this happens pull over let cool for 30 min. then continue on.. it will reset. not being happy with this, I contacted Chrysler. They questioned the dealer in AZ. and wanted me to take to a local chrysler dealer for re diagnosis. Dealer in Riverside County could not find problem either. They want me to take in for third diagnosis on my money. I am refusing and feel that Chrysler needs to take this unsafe car back. No longer under warranty, but a potential hazard on the road. i stalled in front of a big rig on I 40.... Was a very traumatic moment. This is a short version.. Please contact me for further explanations and events.

I am SO sorry you went through this. It sounds terribly dangerous. I think you definitely have enough facts here to warrant further investigation, and you should definitely contact an attorney to determine whether you have claims against the dealers, Dodge, and Chrysler, or others. Whatever you do, don't pick someone out of a phonebook. There are many qualified attorneys on this site, or other sites like Avvo.com. If I can be of service, please let me know. One of the attorneys from my firm will be glad to give you an initial consultation (always free). Take care, Rabeh
