dog bite
my dog was in my yard behind a fence and a neighbor walked by and stuck his hand in the gate and was bite. I had a beware of dog sign on the fence and have never had any problem before, this person was obvioulsly intoxicated because he was slurring his words and was carrying a 40 beer can in his hand. could i be responsible for anything

Possible liability. You, as owner, are strictly liable for the actions of your dog. However, if the neighbor was 100% responsible for provoking the bite, there may be no liability on your part. In most cases, a homeowner's insurance policy will cover claims like these. If you need further help, or have further questions, feel free to email.

You could be liable for the dog bite. You should refer this to your homeowners insurance company and let them deal with it for you.
