Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I was eating a frozen burrito purchased at Albertsons, and bit into something that was quite chewy. I'm not certain of this, but it looks a lot like a rat fetus. Can I have it analyzed anywhere for free? And if it turns out to be a fetus, is there any legal action I can take against the burrito company?

There have been cases where emotional distress damages have been recovered by persons biting into prepared food, or drinking from a bottle, containing dead vermin or portions thereof. The problem with your case is that it will be an uphill battle to prove you suffered any significant damages, as you did not indicate that you were sickened by this event or that you required medical care. I hope you have preserved and frozen the item and you should not give it back to Albertsons or their representatives until you have seen an attorney.
And you know what a rat fetus looks like how? Take your con somewhere else.
