ebay transaction
hello
i recently sold walt disney world tickets online through ebay, and the other party is stateing that they didnt recieve the tickets, there attorney from ca sent me a letter stateing that i have to refund there money i would like to know my rights b/c i dont think its fair that i should have to refund there money. i sent the tickets i also required ins on my auction but they didnt want to pay for it so i sent them anyway. i would like to know how to properly handle this?
