Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I emailed a file to a printer for a quote. He proceeded to print the order without providing me with a work order and or invoice. I have worked with printers before and it is standard procedure to provide the above mentioned and in addition to that a proof to be viewed by the client to verify the order. I get a call that the work is being printed and I owe him x amount of dollars. Am I responsible for paying the printer?
