Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I entered and won a short film competition based in California that promised "OVER 125 PRIZES VALUED AT OVER $50,000 INCLUDING HOLLYWOOD CAREER ACCESS MEETINGS, CASH,

AND MULTIPLE INDUSTRY SPONSORED PRIZES" with a very specific list of who would be met and what would be given. They charged $75 to enter. They only delivered some of the prizes. When inquiring about the status of the rest of the prizes, they stated they could not control any of the sponsors and I was out of luck. They are now running the same contest with the same prizes listed. Does this constitute fraud? Any advice would be helpful.

You could sue, and/or complain to the California Attorney General or your local district attorney's office. Watch out for legal time limits.
