Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

i am entitled to a refund of 2756.00 and have been fighting for 3 months to get it.. have documention stating i am entitled to this refund. can i sue?

It depends upon who owes you the money. If you are talking about the IRS or another governmental entity, you probably can not sue. You need to provide us more information.
