Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

failure to give 24hr. notice prior to cancellation

I'm a hairstylist that asks clients to give 24hr, notice prior to cancelling. I had a wedding party that consisted of five one hour appointments that came out to about $230.00. She didn't even give me 12hrs. notice. Can I hold her responsable for partial or all of the fee? If so, how should I go about collecting?
