false advertizing and other
My problems is with one of the wireless phone carrier i sign up with them because their advertisings headline was that they have the best wireless connection and the least drop call.problems started about a month and 1/2 after i became a customer I could not make a call most the time i have to try to dial the# 5 OR6 time on average to go through , static and missing about 90% of the calls i complained and complained first they told the area I was in had the best service so it could be the phone so change my phone the problem did not go away, then they say may be it�s the chip go to one of our store and change it I did but nothing happen the problems still there same thing
so I get new phone my self but that did not change anything at that point I was convince that the problem is the net work not the phone and tried to tell them that but it fall on deaf ear I have this problem for over six months now they keep giving me excuses they�ll till me we have a tech support working on then 3 -4 days later I call to find out what happen and they tell me that the problem was solved and the cause was closed they to ld that 3 times so far and every time I as k if its solved why am I still having the same problem its frustrat

As I understand it, the State Utility Commission does not have oversight over cell phone carriers. You might contact the FCC in Washington (or the local office to lodge a complaint. They should let you out of your contract because of their poor service.
