Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
False Internet Advertisement
Hello, I'd like to know if there's any law protect the consumer from false
Internet Advertisement? Recently, I search for resale home @ yahoo. I
came accross this add selling a home in Northrige for 100,000.00 I
printed all the information, called the broker and found out that the
house is 500,000.00 (not the price they posted on the internet). Is there
law to protect consumer from such thing?
Thank you very much.
