Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My family is staying at a timeshare resort in California. The security guards there found a drunk man passed out in a golf cart, who had the same last name as my family. Security looked up the last name on the guest list, and let the stranger into my family's condo at 2am, unannounced. The stranger had his room key in his pocket, but security didn't even check him out. The stranger went into the bedroom and slept in the same bed as my teenage daughter. I can't believe something like this could happen, it's absolutely ludicrous and an amazing breach of security for this resort. Luckily no harm came to my family.
