Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
faulty couch fabric
Purchased a couch from store (not a chain) within weeks unusual signs of wear turned up. I took all the cushions back to the store, the store passed blame to maker, maker passed blame to fabric maker who then blamed my dog. (8lbs and no, doesn't ''dig'' on the couch) And, doesn't explain the threadbare spots where the dog can't touch the fabric.
Store won't fix problem by either recovering or refunding. What are my options? I spent more than $1000 on the couch. Thank you,

You can sue them in small claims court. Sue the store and the manufacturer. Let them sort it out.
