Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Fax solicitation
I have been receiving fax solicitations from a copier company. I complained to them that this is prohibited by the telecommications act of 1991. I asked them to remove my fax number from their database. They sent me a fax solicitation again today, and somehow deleted their own fax number from the solicitation.
