Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I have been try to figure out how to handle this situation so Amy advice will be much appreciated:

On 9/20/23 my 72 year old vietman vetrleran father took his 2023 camero with 630 miles into a dealership.in northern California to trade in to get vehicle that was more suitable for me i live in the mountians-

The dealership took such terrible advantage of him- to start they entered him into a fininacing contract (evem though it was a trade in and cash sale) so they could run his credit . They ended up selling him a jeep with 20000 miles on it. They sold.it for more than what it sold.for.brand new (new sold for 36900 he bought it for 38995) they low balled his trade in - a dealship.will.make.around 4000+/- on a trade in deal- they sold his camero for 38995 they gave him 25000 trade credit. Sold him warenties that overlapped the period of time already covered by manufacturer warenties for 4000.00 +/- sold him a security system that is not.necessary as the jeep.alleeady has several security functions for 1500.

And in the end they actually sold the jeep to him amd they did not.have it physically ..

Infact because they were waiting for the other bank to release it... I did not recieve the pink slip or the registration till last week

The temporary plates expired on. 12/23/23 and that's what inspired me to look into the sales contract.

My dad bought the car om 9/20 , he gave me the jeep when I was at his house on 10/21/23. Completed the statment of facts as recomdded by the Ca DM. And then he passed away on 11/12/23.btje He passed away on 11/12/23

I have tried talking to the big wigs at tje dealerdship.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB they were helpful till. Toll werent.

What should I do next

Contact the department of adult protective services in the county in which the dealership is located and file a complaint of elder financial abuse.
