Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I filed a compliant with bureua of automotive repair. They agreed mechanic should fix car for free. Mechanic has not done it and has had car for six monfh and nothing but excuses. I do not have the money to fix it. Is there anything out there that can help me

Have you considered suing the mechanic in small claims court.
