Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I was financed a car from a dealer, they approved my loan now a month after having the car I received a call from the dealer saying if I don't have a cosigner I have to return my car. No where in my policy/contract does it state that I have to return my vehicle. It was to their knowledge from the beginning that I did not have a cosigner and still let me leave the lot with the car. What are my options?

You should contact a consumer lawyer immediately and with your purchase papers in hand. I have handled many of these situations, and they can be tricky. Your papers would need to be reviewed, but they are unlikely to still have the right to unwind the deal.
