Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
still no financing....
i purchased a car on June 1,2007 and i had called the dealer everyday asking if they found someone to finance me (after getting a resccision letter from them) and they keep telling me TFS is the one financing me.i understand that it take a few days for my info to show on TFS' side, but up to now, theres nothing! how long does a dealership have to find someone to finance me and what can i do about this? i just want to return the vechicle asap if no one can finance me.i have called TFS and no one can help me there either.

Re: still no financing....
Go in and talk to the finance manager or the general manager. They generally have 10 days to find someone to finance the car. My guess is that they have and there is just a lag in the paperwork. But go talk to them.
