What forms do I Need
I am suing a automotive shop for breech of contract among other things-Its about a $16,000 dollar case so i cant take it to small claims but i dont have the money to hire a lawyer. What forms do I need to file my case? I am suing for breech of contract,auto tort==business tort/unfair business practice please help and if you can give me any kind of help,advise or general imformation Id really appricate it thank you so much

I am suing an autoshop as well. What's the name of your autoshop?
If it's a good case, maybe a lawyer will take the case on a contingeny fee.
