I found a new vehicle ad directly on the dealers website the price is lower than a similar vehicle do they have to honor the lowest advertised price? If they refuse to honor the price is there anything I can do about it???

No. Similar does not mean they are the same. There could be many differences that aren't immediately obvious such as engine size or options.

Often dealers might advertise one specific vehicle -- i.e., by providing the VIN number in the ad. The price would only apply to that vehicle, in that instance, although when skimming the ad, you might not realize that fact.
