fraud car lot
I am trying to sue of breach of contract a car-lot and finace company, who forged my signature and kept money that i payed extra for a service contract and did not recieve. the service contract i purchased but did not recieve has cost me 3,800 in repairs of a truck that would of been covered under this contract.How can i quickly recieve copies of contract and paper work from finance company that they forged an refuse to give?
