Re: fraud

From your question it sounds as though the company is located in California. In that case, you can exercise your legal rights through representation in California against this company. I would need to know more, before advising you on how to proceed.

I would be willing to discuss some of the issues concerning your situation to see how I may be of assistance.

I offer prospective clients an initial consultation of 30 minutes for free.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Yours truly,

Bryan

Re: fraud

If you wired money by Western Union to a stranger then it is gone, and no lawyer will be able to get it back for you. If you are certain you have been dealing with a real company (as opposed to some unknown person on the internet), and you can prove you paid them, you may have legal recourse.

Re: fraud

If you wired money to them, it is probably gone. You can check to see if they are a corporation or LLC through the Secretary of State at www.ss.ca.gov. If they are, you may have some recourse. If this was a private person, the money is probably gone.
