Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Fraudulant Billing
I received two invoices for services I know are in excess of what was actually obtained. The party supplying the billing document is in a position to falsify the documents for personal financial gain.
How do I prove these documents are false?
What are my options to prosecute this individual for fleecing and possibly embezzlement?
