Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Freedom of Expression
Is there any presedent cases that an individual was ruled in favor for by the court that was charged with disterbing the peace with loud music; but the individuals argument was that his loud music was an expression? And that to charge the police with violating his right to freedom of expression?

Re: Freedom of Expression
There is no such case. You completely misunderstand the first amendment. What you describe is not speech, it is conduct and it is not protected.
