Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My friend bought a used car from a dealership. It has a warranty and when she went to have work done. They stated that the car was in an accident and would not honor the warranty. There was nothing on the vehicle report. What should she do? The dealership stated that they inspect all cars before they sold and offered to buy the car back but at a lower cost.
