Gas nozzle incident
I recently drove off (3 feet)from a gas pump with the nozzle still engaged in my car. The hose ''broke away'' while still in my car. When it happened I stopped and gave the attendant all of my info. I just got a letter stating that I owe 174 for the part and labor... Am I liable? Do I have to pay this? Is it better to go through my insurance? Dont they have insurance for this type of thing?

From what you describe, you would be responsible for payment of the cost of repair. I suggest you contact your insurance company for guidance. Most likely this falls below your deductible, but you should verify what your coverage is.
