Glass in frozen prepared food
Do I have a law suit if I found a piece of glass in frozen prepared food?

If you were injured and incurred medical bills, you would. If not, you might write to the company, give it the lot number, and ask for an explanation.

Perhaps, but what would you for? Thankfully, you found the glass rather than ingesting it. People only get huge damage awards if they are actually injured. Other than a refund for the food, I can't imagine what else you might be entitled to.
