Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
good day
I bought a package of facials from a local spa. I did not cancell an appointment and the spa charged me full price of the service $170.00 which I felt was unjust. They said it was mention in their cancellation policy. I have a hard time believing I would be charged the full price and this was an extra charge not deduct from the package which had 3 unused facial appoitments Thanks for any direction

If it is in their cancellation policy provided or made available to you, and you made the appointment, you are bound by its terms. I personally think it's bad customer service not to give you the option of using one of your package facials to "pay" for the failure to cancel, but bad customer service is not illegal.
