We live in a country of religious freedom. No one has a right to sue someone else to make them comply with certain religious beliefs. There are some exceptions, such as when a business lies in a way that affects your religion, as for example some hindus did in suing McDonald's for failing to disclose that their french fry oil contained beef fat. And because our Constitution says that the government cannot infringe on religious freedom, there are situations where you can sue the government over your religious beliefs. But there is no way you can sue a private company over labeling that is against your religion. That's what letter campaigns, organized protests and boycotts are for.
