Hair transplant did not grow

I made a Hair Transplant at Bosley in Beverly Hills.

I paid more than $12,000 but my hair did not grow.

The Doctor said that he does not know why my hair did not grow and offered me a new procedure for free but he refused to refund me.

Before the procedure I when to consultation with the Doctor and was told that the chance for failure is slim.

I do not remember signing any document releasing Bosley from outcomes.

I do not want to pass a new transplant and would like to get my money back.

I consult with a lawyer who told me that suing Bosley will cost at least $20,000.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Do you think that at the end of the road there is any chance to win a case like this?

You could sue in small claims court and try to recover up to $7,500. If you were to sue in limited jurisdiction, you still would have to hire an expert to show that the procedure either was done incorrectly or the risks of failure were greater than informed and, given your body or hair type, the possibility of failure was increased. Sorry for the problem. I've known people who have had similar successful procedures.
