Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Is a half visible signature valid in California? Only a third of the signature and the bottom part only is visible, like there was a paper on top that captured the top part or something. It was on a service contract. No name or title is there either.

It is valid if the person who signed intended it to be his/her signature on the document.
