Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Harasment at Gym by Management
I was a trainer at Golds Gym in Hollywood and quit in the summer, but now have become a paying member. The management harasses me now by asking me question if I'm trying to steal clients and making me feel uncomfortable and I just got my membership this week and has asked me twice already. They dont even let me talk to old co workers. I like the gym atmosphere and made alot of friends there and prefer to workout there. What legal actions can i do to stop them from that?? Thanks so much for any help

Unfortunately, I do not think you have any legal options. The situation you describe does appear to give rise to any legal claims nor does it seem provide enough to be granted any type of restraining order. Even if there was enough for a restraining order, the judge would probably advise you not to go there if it is that bad. Perhaps another attorney has a different view.
