Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hello,
My name is Leslie. I purchase a Certified 2006 Ford Exploder less than three months ago. The SUV stop without warning. The "engine is bad" according to Ford. I have a warranty on the car, but it does not cover it. Ford want me to pay the repairs. What can I do?

I'm not sure what you mean by "certified." If you purchased it from a Ford dealer, and it certified that it was free from defects such as a blown engine or head gasket, they should make good on whatever it is they promised. A thorough review of the warranty and your paperwork would be a good idea before deciding how to proceed.
