Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi,
I am in California visiting family and especially my brother who unfortunately has been diagnosed with terminal glioblastoma, a very nasty brain tumor.
A neighbor here wants to give me a bottle of homemade brandy to take back to Minnesota where I live.
Is it legal for me to mail that bottle to myself in Minnesota?
Thank you.

You should check with a Minnesota lawyer because that is where the brandy is going to as to what your local laws are. What we do here applies to what happens here not in Minnesota where the brandy will show up.
Good luck and sorry to hear about your brother.
