Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi,
I was renting an appartment and I had a contract with the owner up to the end of the year. The owner accepted I leave the appartment before the end of the year so I left one month ago. Now the owner is asking me to pay for a water leak in the appartment whereas it is already one month I left. Do I need to pay?
Thanks,
Dan
