Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi,
My wife walked into a BofA branch and withdrew $550.00 cash. Then she went to deposit that cash into her checking account at Wells Fargo. One of the $100.00 bills that BofA gave her came up as a possible counterfeit. They confiscated the bill and they are processing it.
Should I fill out a police report?
Thank you.
